We
(Anne and Vincent) are experienced as non professional guides.
In fact we work in 2 big French companies as managers (we both
have Master Degrees in our specialties : Logistics and Information Technology) but history
and especially history of France and Paris is our hobby. But if
you want an official guide or tour we know some of the best. We
have also spent several months in the School of the Louvre,
the historical college. We are members of the Louvre
and Orsay Society so you will not queue with us to enter these
museums (we have a special pass for direct access) and we will
show you all the most important items. We also have a big car
to bring you wherever it is necessary according to the plan. We
are both good English speakers.
We are able to chose the most optimized program for your stay
according to your points of interest and available activities.
All the services we propose are of a very good quality/service ratio.
If you request for one or several of them when you decide to rent
one of our apartments, they will be
ready on your arrival (you do not lose your time).

We are the owners of
these apartments and rent it for several years on short term rental
bases. We also live in Montmartre not far from Rue Chappe and
Villa des Fusains. We can help you to find all the best places
to visit, good restaurants.. Our apartments are also proposed
by several official agencies.

It is easy to find a flat
for rent in Paris but you have to know that not every , apartment
in Paris, will satisfy your expectations. The apartment rental in
Paris is now a fashion. Local people propose short term rentals
in Paris when they leave for vacations but, are their flats well
adapted to requirements of tourists ?? An accommodation in Paris
that the customer will enjoy has to apply to several constraints
: short distance from the metro or the bus, 1st or 2nd floor (but
never on the ground floor or the 5th ), a safe and interesting place
