1. Description
of the apartment
 The
apartment is rather large compared to standard Parisian F2 apartments : 50
M2
It is very well organized because the main door is in the middle
so there is no lost place. All the rooms communicates through
a small corridor.
 All
the rooms are independent : the double Living room, the Bed
Room, the Kitchen, The Toilet and the Bath Room. It is located
on the fourth floor of a Haussmann style building

The
living room: Is very large: 27m2. It is in fact composed of 2
rooms. 3 double windows oriented south makes this room very
sunny. Just behind these windows grand acacia trees are
the immediate landscape of the apartment. During the spring and
beginning of summer these trees are covered with flowers
entering the apartment and making a garden from the apartment.
 The
ceiling is decorated (sculptured) as was all the rich apartments
at the end of the 19th and beginning of 20th century.
There is also an old, marble fireplace and Grand Mirror. The
floor is partially original made from 19century honey oak.
The windows of the living room are made from special anti noise
glasses so even when the street is noisy this room is very quiet.
In
 the
living room there is the TV, DVD, fast Internet access, tyhe
telephon ..In the Living room there is a large Sofa bed for 4
guests .As the room is very large a second one can be installed.
In the living room there is also a table with 4 chairs (2 others
can be added) .
2- In the
bedroom: there is the main bed, a very high quality French
double bed with a double 2*20cm deep mattress. There is also a
wardrobe, a second fireplace (not used
anymore, as well as the first one) , the floor is from original
19th century restored oak. The large window is oriented est and as it is on the courtyard it is
very quiet.
3- Around the
corridor there is a bathroom, it has a bathtube / shower , there
is a toilet and the a equipped kitchen.
2. The area:
Montmartre, Lamarck, Custine
 The apartment
is located in a sand stone Napoleons III style Building. Rue
Custine and Rue Caulaincourt makes the riche belt around
Montmartre.
3. Commodities,
transportation
50m from the
bus station, 300m from the Lamarck/Caulaincourt metro station.
Very near this apartment we have a Parking place we rent to our
Guests who com by Car.
